Team Store Setup
How do I set up a team store?
Setting up a team store is easy and free. Simply click Get Started, and follow the step-by-step instructions. You can customize your store with your team’s logo, colors, and apparel choices.
Can I use the team store for fundraising?
Yes, you can use your team store for fundraising by adding a markup to the price of the items. This allows you to raise funds for your team or organization effortlessly while providing supporters with custom apparel.
Can I make changes to my store after I approve?
Once the store is live, we can’t make any changes to the products or designs, so be sure everything looks perfect before sharing.
What happens if there are backordered items?
If an item becomes unavailable when the store closes, we may offer a similar replacement. If no suitable replacement is available, the item will be canceled, refunded, and the customer will be notified.
How long does it take for orders to ship?
Most orders are shipped within 2 weeks after the store closes—one of the fastest turnarounds in the industry!
While we aim to deliver most orders within 2 weeks, some specialty items or custom processes may take up to 4 weeks in rare cases. Please let everyone know about this upfront.
What are the exceptions to the 2-Week Shipping Time?

How long can my team store remain open?
Your team store can remain open year-round, giving players, families, and fans constant access to your custom gear. You can also set specific open and close dates for special campaigns or seasons.Just make sure everyone knows the date and time your store closes.
Are there requirements to close my store?
ARES reserves the right to set a minimum order threshold before closing a store. This is rare, and the threshold is typically set very low.
If it’s your first store with us, we’ll need the store to hit at least $500 in total sales before it can close and ship — after that, you’re good to go with no minimums for reorders.
For screen-printed items, we require a minimum of 6 pieces per design. If multiple orders share the same design, colors, size, and placement, they can be combined to meet the minimum.

How long does it take to receive my order?

You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order is shipped, so you can keep track of its progress.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our apparel, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a defect or error in the order. If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team for resolution. If the items are not decorated, returns and/or exchanges are typically accepted within 30 days
